We partnered with Ozone Coffee to develop their new brand positioning and EVP. Having previously partnered with their sub-brand, Hasbean, our challenge was now to define an identity for Ozone as it moved to a one brand strategy. The new brand positioning needed to capture both the retail and the hospitality sides of the business - resonating as strongly in their eateries as it would online in e-commerce. But, most importantly, the positioning needed to create a sense of aspiration whilst maintaining that comfort feeling of ‘home’ that Ozone is so synonymous with. Warm, playful, passionate.
